Rosmarino is a cosy Italian bistro and pizzeria inside Carlton Towers, just off 100 Feet Road in the heart of Indiranagar. The idea is simple: warm, sun-soaked cuisine inspired by family tables across Southern Italy, prepared with care and served without fuss.

Wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas emerge from the oven with blistered, smoky crusts. Pastas are rolled by hand each morning. Vibrant salads, fresh seafood, flavourful meats, artisanal cheeses and decadent desserts share the menu alongside beloved Italian classics. Complementing it all is a thoughtful selection of approachable wines.

The force behind Bengaluru's modern dining renaissance, he founded the city's beloved Caperberry and Fava (2009-2020), and today oversees Rosmarino and LYFE as chef patron.

At Rosmarino, he is responsible for shaping menus, setting culinary standards, nurturing young talent and creating an authentic Italian dining experience rooted in tradition and quality.
